Searching your library or playlists

You can use the Search field to quickly locate songs in your library or a playlist.

Select where you want to search in the Source list. In the Search field in the upper-right section of the iTunes window, enter the text you want to find. As you type, iTunes displays the songs that contain the text you entered. The album title, artist, genre, and song title fields are searched.

You cannot search radio listings, because they are not available until you connect to the Internet and retrieve them.

To see all your music again, delete the text from the Search field.
