| Finding CD information on the Internet |
If you have an Internet connection, iTunes can look up a CD's name, titles of songs on the CD, and other information when you insert the CD. The information is retrieved from the CDDB database.
|
To update a CD's information:
Insert the CD, then choose Get CD Track Names from the Advanced menu. If you're not currently connected, you won't be able to retrieve the song titles.
|
Sometimes two or more CDDB entries are found for your CD. This can occur when more than one person has submitted information for a CD. Select one of the entries. If it isn't correct, choose Get CD Track Names from the Advanced menu again and choose the other entry. If it's still not correct, you can edit the information yourself.
