This README.txt contains information about oss.lib.mlpy and oss.lib.yaml lpp filesets.
These filesets are intended only for VFC Dynamic Quality of Service feature for VIOS 4.1.2.0.
Install the filesets using installp command (ie., "installp -aqXYgd . all")

oss.lib.mlpy

This provides Python Pandas and it's dependencies (numpy, python-dateutil, pytz, tzdata) for
enabling VFC Dynamic Quality of Service feature for VIOS 4.1.2.0.

oss.lib.yaml
============
This provides YAML parsing capabilities through libyaml C library and pyyaml for enabling 
VFC Dynamic Quality of Service for VIOS 4.1.2.0.
