Win-View is a Windows graphics file viewer.

To see what it does look at WINVIEW.HLP

It now yields between drawing each individual sketch.  So you can run
other programs while it is rendering the sketches.

Fixed bug where it didn't handle multiple extensions correctly

Note: This is a pre-release version.  There were some really unusual
circumstances under which sketch view would lock up if I yielded while
drawing the sketches.  So this version does not yield.
