WINtercom is an internet/intranet telephone type application.
It is intended to simulate an old style intercom mechanism.
When you press the talk button, WINtercom will begin recording
at which time you may speak to the remotely connected WINtercom.
When you un-press the talk button, the unbroken recording will be
transmitted and played on the receiving WINtercom.

If you are connected to a WINtercom, and another WINtercom attempts
a connection with you, the "callwaiting.wav" file will be played.
You may re-record this file with any sound file you like but it
currently says "Call Waiting". The WINtercom that attempts to
connect will play the "busy.wav" file and then be disconnected.

Properties button will allow the user to change the sampling rate
at which the recording uses and the volume at which the sound files
play at.

A 30 day trial period is provided free of charge. A $5.00 (US)
payment will be required to operate WINtercom after the trial period.
