and Microsoft had started to figure

The main difference is TOBE's folder
manager, which centralizes all
browser- and email-oriented files for

previously viewed. This is a
pared-down option that's designed
for beginning users who can be
confused by the number of features
available in the bigger browsers but
who still seek a tool capable of many
of those browsers' more essential
